Chaplain's Welcome

In 2007, the Federal Government established the National School Chaplaincy Program to provide greater pastoral care and support students’ spiritual well-being. Our school was successful in applying for funding and has appointed a school chaplain (Terry Keen) who is an integral part of the schools focus to provide a safe and caring learning environment.

Chaplains play a valuable role, not only by offering religious and ethical guidance, but by also helping students explore the spiritual dimensions of life and assisting them to deal with personal issues.  The school chaplain respects the range of religious views and affiliations, and cultural traditions in the school community, and is approachable by students of all faiths.
